Jackson Purdue Lever worked alongside YMD Boon Architects and Armsons to deliver this fantastic new Spa building.

All about the Construction!

The construction is a traditional steel frame with internal open plan spaces and large glazed elevations ensuring you can take in the local countryside. Keeping the aesthetic of the build in mind we had to ensure we kept the view free of columns and heavy bracing.

The Spa grounds span over 24 acres of countryside with the main building being set into the hillside. Working closely with the client and design team we ensured we optimised the level and location of the building to minimise the height and extents of retaining features on the project and found a balance with the overall earthworks for the scheme. This ensured the project remained within budget and minimised the amount of ramps and steps in the final layout.
