Working together with Clowes Developments, IMA Archtiect, Tanro, Geldards and the rest of the team we are thrilled to announce the recent completion of the first 3 buildings at Fairham Business Park for Hines.

The units which have been developed in line with market demand are to first to be completed and assist in delivering up to 1,000,000sq ft of employment space to Nottinghamshire.

The Business Park Infrastructure boasts unlimited 24 hour access all on a private central road servicing the business park.

A little bit about the Engineering Services we have provided to date at Fairham Business Park….

As the primary engineer on the project, we were responsible for the design of the civil elements of each unit. This encompassed earthworks, volumetrics, levels and drainage, external constructions, and vehicle tracking.

In conjunction with the services mentioned above the team also undertook the structural design of the foundations, internal ground and first floor office slabs and the external yard slabs.

Additionally we were also involved in assisting with the below services

• Production of transport assessment reports,
• Assisting in obtaining BREEAM certification,
• Checking the information and designs produced by sub-contractors,
• Providing general engineering support for the site team.

We are already underway with the next units and phases of the site and cannot wait to share more updates!
