Bakers Quay, Gloucester is a £30m redevelopment scheme occupying a 1.62Ha site situated between Gloucester Quays Shopping centre and the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal.

The development has been undertaken in 3 phases with phase 1 being completed in 2020. Phase 2 is due to begin in 2021.

The redevelopment comprises the construction of 150 residential apartments and a 100 bed hotel. It will also include a number of commercial and retail units through a combination of new build and refurbishment of the existing grade II listed buildings.

Jackson Purdue Lever have provided a variety of services to the project; Civil, Structural and Geo-environmental services in addition to Traffic and Transportation and Flood Risk services in support of the planning application.
