Delivered safely, on programme and to the satisfaction of both our client and end users, this project represents an excellent outcome and is a testament to the commitment, expertise, and collaboration of everyone involved.
The successful delivery of Clean Linen Fairham was made possible through the close collaboration and expertise of the entire project team. Working alongside our client, Clowes Developments, the architectural team at IMA, and main contractor Tanro, the project was delivered through a strong partnership focused on quality, efficiency and achieving the highest standards. The collective efforts of all parties played a key role in bringing the scheme to successful completion.

BREEAM rating of Excellent
Clean Linen Fairham has achieved excellent sustainability credentials, reflecting the project’s commitment to energy efficiency and responsible development. The scheme has secured a BREEAM rating of Excellent and achieved an EPC Rating of A, demonstrating high standards in environmental performance and sustainable design. This is a fantastic achievement and a valuable addition to the wider Fairham development.

Fairham Business Park
The next phase of development will include manufacturing and distribution spaces, as well as areas suitable for offices, a hotel, leisure facilities, and other amenities such as roadside retail and trade counters.
