The 33,000 sq ft industrial development at Redhill Business Park is nearing completion, with the project making fantastic progress.

The business park has a prime location near Stafford town center and offers units ranging from 2,043 to 5,112 sqft. The steel portal frame buildings have been thoughtfully designed to a shell specification, providing new tenants with a blank canvas which offers maximum flexibility. This approach allows businesses to customise and tailor the interior fit-out according to their specific operational requirements and aesthetic preferences ensuring the space aligns business needs. enabling each business to create an environment that optimally supports their activities and growth objectives.

The scheme encompasses the construction of 11 industrial units. In addition to the development of these units, the project also includes all associated enabling works, external works, drainage and incoming utilities.
