Works are progressing nicely at LeMieux! We are thrilled to be collaberating with the professional team Wilten Construction, Corporate Architecture, and C3 Design Approvals.

The Project

The development encompasses a total of 50,241 square feet. The program see’s the project delivered in 51-weeks and divided into two phases. This phased construction approach allows LeMieux to transition smoothly into their new premises during the completion of Phase 1, while we continue with the Phase 2 works. This strategy provides the client with the immediate benefit of accessing their new facility as soon as possible.

• Phase 1 involves the removal of asbestos, the demolition of existing buildings, and the construction of a brand-new warehouse. The team will ensure the warehouse is fully equipped with warehouse racking to optimise storage capabilities for LeMieux. Additionally, it will feature offices that are fitted out to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment. External works will also be undertaken to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the site.
• Phase 2 involves the demolition of the remaining units on the plot. Once these structures are cleared, the area will be stoned and prepped, laying the groundwork for future construction endeavors.
